I am based in Rochester, NY. Most of my work is done remotely with small businesses all over in the USA, but I'm happy to drive to my local clients in Buffalo, Syracuse and other nearby cities, to see their processes in-person before getting started.

I've worked with a diverse set of clients and the situations tend to fall into a few categories. You might see yourself in one of these.
- You already have Zoho but it's only half-working.
Maybe you have been paying for Zoho for a few months or a few years.
